The Elders are the primary governing body of New Life Church. They are also responsible for the overall spiritual health of the congregation and its particular members. The Governance Commission focuses on long term planning, policy and staffing. The Shepherding Team focuses on the ministry and pastoral care of the congregation.

The Deacons and Deaconesses care for practical needs of members in the congregation, providing both funds and physical help. They also reach out to the community as the Lord provides opportunity.
