We are hosting a Covid Vaccine Clinic on Saturday, April 10.  Starting Monday, April 5, we will be accepting registration for ALL those who are 1a and 1b eligible. On the registration, simply check I confirm I meet the current eligibility requirements if you are 1a or 1b. 

 

We are especially looking to help the medically vulnerable and elderly who have not been able to make an appointment so far.

Eligible individuals are invited to register for their COVID-19 vaccination at an upcoming clinic hosted by Wellness Pharmacy. 

 

Please register by clicking one of the below links. Your second dose will be automatically scheduled for the corresponding date and same time as your initial appointment.

You second dose would be on May 1 and you will be guaranteed a spot on that date.

• Pfizer vaccine recipients must be at least 16 years of age.  
• If the above dates do not work for you, please join our waitlist and we will email you next week’s clinic dates. 
• If you know someone who wants to be invited to a future clinic, please have them join our waitlist and we will email them next week’s clinic dates, based on their eligibility. 
• If you know someone who wants to be contacted if there are extra vaccines at the end of a clinic, please have them join our standby list. Individuals must be able to arrive within 30 minutes of notification. 

 

What should I bring? 

• Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in. Arriving too early causes crowds to form. Arriving late for your appointment may result in an extended wait time.
• Bring a copy of your ID and Medicare/Insurance/Prescription card (if applicable).
• Don’t forget a mask – wearing it throughout your visit is required.
• When you arrive, please check in at the registration table.

 

What if I have to cancel? 

• If your plans change and you need to cancel your appointment, please edit your initial response. 

 

• You may not receive a confirmation email.  However, once you press submit, you will be in the system. 

 

• Please keep the tab on your browser open for the duration of the week in order to view your appointment or edit your response in case you do not receive a confirmation email.

 

• To cancel specifically, please edit your response to the question “Please select an appointment time” to “Cancel my appointment”.
