I grew up attending New Life starting in third grade, and it has been a foundational part of my life ever since. I became a believer as a child, but it wasn’t until college that I truly began to understand my faith and my deep need for Jesus. Volunteering as a youth group leader and serving with the young adult ministry helped me realize that being a Christian is more than saying a prayer or learning Bible stories—it’s about allowing God to transform your heart and actively pursuing a relationship with Him.
I attended Philadelphia University, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design. After graduation, I spent five years working in costuming before feeling called to shift into early childhood education. I worked as a preschool teacher for eight years, which eventually led me to pursue a Master’s in Education. My passion for teaching and helping children grow—both developmentally and in their understanding of God’s love—has only deepened through the years.
New Life has always been more than just a church home. It’s where I met my husband, Andrew, through the young adult ministry, and where I’ve had the joy of serving in various ministries over the years. In July 2025, I joined the staff as the Children’s Ministry Assistant, and I feel incredibly blessed to be part of what God is doing in the lives of our youngest members.
I love spending time with my children doing crafts or visiting the zoo. In my free time, I enjoy reading, puzzles, board games, and being with family and friends. Occasionally, I like to paint, sew, or rope my husband into a home improvement project with me!
