Missions Opportunities 2019
CROSS-CULTURAL EXCHANGE
From Thursday, July 25 – Sunday, July 28, stay and eat with a family from a different culture. Join in fun activities with them. Nurture friendships with fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters of our Philadelphia community with the love of Christ.
New Life Dresher is partnering with GROW to provide an opportunity for us to be the hands and feet of Jesus to our neighbors in Northeast Philadelphia.
For further details, please contact T.J. Highley. Click here to download a flyer with more information.
POST-HURRICANE RECONSTRUCTION

We still have a few openings for this trip. For further details, please contact Dan Curley via email at daniel.curley@verizon.net, or call 215-901-3244.
KENYA OPPORTUNITIES
Robert and Lois Carr are recruiting folks from various churches for short-term teams to serve in Nairobi, Kenya and its neighboring areas from July 4 through 21.
• Lois will lead a team to visit ministry sites, weigh & measure children, and provide health education. There may also be children’s evangelism by way of VBS-type activities. She would like to have 6-8 people on the team.
• Robert will be hosting a building team of 10-12 people to construct a dormitory for the Usueni Vocational Training School and to do additional construction jobs, including the installation of a roof. Not everyone has to be on a ladder. There are many jobs of support below and also evangelism opportunities.
The trips include orientation and debriefing in the U.S. and Africa, and some sightseeing. Men and women, teen through adult, are welcome. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Since both of these teams take place at the same time, couples and children are welcome to split up or stay together on the same team.
The cost of the trip is $3,500- $4,200 (depending on team and price of airfare)
Applications and $250 deposit are needed by March 1.
