Foster Care & Adoption Community Group
October 9 | 6:00 – 8:00 pm
The Adoption Community Group at NLD seeks to love, support, encourage, equip, and pray for families in the church and community formed through adoption. Join us from September – May on the 2nd Thurdsay of the month.
Respite Night
October 10 | 6:00 – 8:00 pm
Join us for a fun-filled Respite Night! We provide a special evening for kids with special needs and their siblings while parents enjoy a break. Volunteer as a buddy or share your talents to make it a memorable night!
Blood Drive

We’re hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive at the church on Friday, October 17th. Your donation can help save lives—consider signing up and being part of this life-giving opportunity!
Men’s Ministry Seminar: God’s Presence with Us

Our great hope is that God is with us. Let’s meet to talk about it as we hear from guest speaker, Pierce Taylor Hibbs. Coffee, light snacks, and childcare provided.
Lessons & Carols Choir
Begins Oct. 19 | 12:35 pm
We’re preparing for a beautiful Lessons & Carols Service on Dec. 21st—an evening of Scripture and song celebrating the incarnation of Jesus. Come add your voice and help us share the joy of Christ’s birth with our church and community!
Everyone from 6th grade and up—no prior choir experience required.
Trunk or Treat
October 26 | 4:00 – 6:00 pm
We are holding our annual Trunk or Treat festival Sunday, October 26th. Face painting, bounce houses, and live music by Blue Waters will ensure a fun afternoon for all ages. There will be food trucks with food to purchase.
