2 Timothy 1:12–14
 which is why I suffer as I do. But I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I am convinced that he is able to guard until that day what has been entrusted to me.  Follow the pattern of the sound words that you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.  By the Holy Spirit who dwells within us, guard the good deposit entrusted to you.
2 Timothy 2:1-2
 You then, my child, be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus,  and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.
2 Corinthians 3:5
 Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God,
 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Ministry: meeting people’s needs with love and humility on Christ’s behalf.
 And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers,  to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ2 Timothy 2:3-4  Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.  No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him.
2 Timothy 3:12
 Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted
