I grew up in the beautiful Chester County, Pa with my parents, sister, and brother. I understood Christ’s love and sacrifice for me at a young age. At a pivotal time in my life (High School), I became involved with a ministry called Young Life and made a personal decision to follow Jesus. I met my husband while serving at a Young Life camp in Virginia. I moved to Lexington, Kentucky to finish college at the University of Kentucky, studying Communications. We married in 2005 after graduation and my husband went on Young Life staff, which brought us to Montgomery County, PA.
We started our family in 2007 and now have a daughter Julie, and two sons, Carter, and Nolan, and a very crazy Golden Retriever Lottie. I have been on staff with New Life since 2013, but moved into my role as the Director of Children’s Ministry at the start of 2017. I enjoy working with children, parents, and lots of volunteers. I am eager to equip parents and volunteers to teach the children about the whole Bible and its beautiful story of Jesus’ great love for them. These days, my free time is filled with carpools and sports and I love it! I also enjoy traveling, adventures with my family, trying different foods, and I love anything that involves sunshine.
